4Sight Construction performed general contracting duties for the project, and self-performed trades such as trim, doors, hardware, etc. The new construction includes space for wine production, a professional-grade kitchen, large event space, retail sales, meeting rooms, and private offices.

Sustainable materials were used throughout the new construction project. Water hogs for rainwater collection were installed from the roof of the greenhouse. Re-manufactured tiles, other recycled building materials were used, and over 100 solar panels were installed. In addition, sustainably harvested bamboo plywood (Plyboo), and state-of-the-art HVAC mechanical systems were installed to ensure efficiency. Built to unique code for alcohol production that required stringent fire marshal involvement for rough in electrical inspections, HVAC, and fire dampers. Project superintendent Shawn Coy, built a deep trust and respect from the owners representative.
